    I'm back and ready to go again! During the fall challenge I lost a total of 10.7 pounds, but that included many holidays and birthdays. So this time hopefully I can do a little better! I would love to lose at least 15 pounds. My ultimate goal is 135, so we will see!

    Starting weight for challenge: 152.8 lbs
    Weigh in days will be Saturday

    12/29 - 174.2 - Tiny bit of fluid retention. Another one meal day yesterday. Always unintentional, but it comes to that when I'm out all day. Went over calories trying to get my protein up. Both were low on Thursday.

    I am a doofus and misread my calendar and reported January 4 yesterday. No big deal, but since the scale seemed kind to me this morning, I'm sending a revised report on the right day....

    I really feel like I'm struggling recently. I was doing great the whole holiday season and then I let myself relax for the week between Christmas and New year's. Just went back to the gym yesterday for the first time since before Christmas. I need to get tough on myself to eat below maintenance.
