Hey, well obviously new in here. Well I am as well looking for motivation buddies. I have horrible eating habits, along with having digestive issues so it's hard to keep off the weight. Hope to meet some good friends here.

Welcome. I’ve just started back after being gone for a few years. I understand the digestive issues. I was in the hospital in ICU 3days and 3 days in a regular room. I’ve learned that eating healthy meals is a must. Today is day two for me and it has been hard, but I already feel better. I’m a carb and a sugarholic. Do your best for one week and you will realize you can do this. We can’t be perfect all the time, but we must keep going forward. You can do it...0
