I eat beteeen 1200-1300 a day. I’ve lost 42 lbs so far. I’m working toward losing the last 28 lbs in 2019!18

no 1200 is the lowest it will recommend for an adult woman to ensure they still get all required nutrients. and one should eat-back exercise calories.
Most people don't need to eat this low to loose weight. unless super short and small and very low activity. I am short and was at 1300 at first but have now gone up to 1400 as i approach my goal.
