    Jan. 7: 160.0 - was 155 right before Christmas so a definite holiday bounce. Plus indulging in gluten which isn't good for me.

    I am not aware of any way to delete your previous posts. If there is a way, perhaps you can find the steps on a google search. To edit your posts: You have just one hour to make an edit. I use a home computer. I move my mouse to the upper right hand corner of my post. It looks empty, but an edit sentence will pop up. click the edit tool button and your post will go back down into the reply box that you type into. Make your change and then hit the normal "post reply" button. You can do this unlimited times, but only for 1 hour after the original post. I hope this helps a bit. Just type out a practice, then practice the edit. We won't mind. :smiley:

    Hello everybody, week 1 in the books, it was a wash for me. I was pretty busy at work and also had family in town (it was still a holiday week for us with my kids off school). I did manage to get a few rides in and did yoga twice, but the scale stayed the same. That's cool, this week is going to be a good one, I know it.

    STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 235.0 ON 1/11/2018

    I will be weighing on the 1st and last day of every month. All other weigh-ins will be on Mondays to help keep me accountable on the weekends 

    Jan 01: starting weight 185.5
    Jan 07: 183.6 So happy to be in the red again and showing a loss. I am dedicated to increasing my exercise and staying in plan . I am still keeping my home and work a “safe place” by having all the right things to eat. Restaurants are only allowed when I am traveling out of town since I cannot control all the ingredients. I don't believe in "cheat days" but I do believe in "earn meals" so this is what I do when traveling. You don't cheat....You choose. And for me to have something different when out of town is something I have to earn when I'm losing weight. Also, it's not an "earn DAY". It's an earn MEAL if it's not an overnight trip. I can easily recoup from a single meal. It’s time for me to get back to basics and I have been strong the past few days. Let’s keep motivating each other folks!
