Thanks guys! I'm really going to try to get better with checking in. And catching up with all of you and your journeys.

Still fighting off the post con/eating like crap bloat. Feeling not as puffy, but it's still there. I've started calling it the pizza puff, since that was pretty much all I ate all weekend.

Last night we had saladworks, since Jason is feeling kind of gross after the con, too. Tonight we have a homechef. Hot honey salmon with sage vegetables.

I have a friend who was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer. She started a team for a 5k run/walk in September to raise money for research. So I think I am going to be joining it, and attempting to run as much as I can. Time to start training now. I haven't run for almost 10 years, after I blew out my ankle. Wish me luck.

Hi everyone. As you can see, I've been pretty quiet lately. I hurt my foot over the summer, and I've been dealing with that injury. I wasn't able to run the 5k, but I did still walk it. That was really disappointing. I went from not being able to run at all (like less than a minute straight), to running over 15 minutes straight for the first time in my life. I'm hoping I can get things straightened out with my foot (working on scheduling a doctor's visit), and then I'll try again, but slower this time.
I also added a 3rd job. I was doing really well for a long time. But I went a little off the rails around November and started stress eating. I had gotten down to 151 (over 30lbs lost), but I did a good chunk of a damage. So I am buckling back down. I officially restarted OMAD yesterday. I had a porchop with a ranch/bread crumb crust and sautéed green beans, a cheese stick, and the last of the Christmas cookies, and then my fish oil and multivitamin. Calories estimated at 963.
Tonight's plan is another home chef (chicken with acorn squash and a cranberry sherry glaze for 550 cals). Not sure just yet what I'll add for more calories.
I'm also currently going through cafeine withdrawal. I drank a lot of soda over the holidays, and I'm feeling it. Today is day 2 with no caffeine.

Thanks ladies. One thing I forgot to mention, our 5k team raised over $10,000 for research towards desmoid tumors. So even though I wasn't able to run and that was personally disappointing, it was still a great (rainy) day.

Caffeine withdrawal is hitting me hard. I'm on day 3 with no soda. But I'm getting there.
We had the home chef last night, and I also had tea with a bit of honey, 2 cheese sticks, and a spoonful of peanut butter to get me up to 999 calories.

Tonight we're eating out at one of my favorite restaurants, and Inn that also does really great Italian food. It's to very belatedly celebrate my birthday (which was in November), and also my mom's, which was the second. They have the best clams casino I've ever had. And Bavarian pretzels.
    Happy Friday everyone!

Morning everyone. Dinner on Friday was delicous and I ate far too much. But that being my only meal, wasn't as big a deal.
On weekends I eat two meals a day, as kind of my 'off days.' On Saturday I had a lamb Pita from Zoe's kitchen for lunch, and a bowl of ham and bean soup for dinner.
Yesterday was one of my best friend's birthday, so we started the day with a gentle yoga class, and then had a late lunch that was more like brunch. I had an omlet with spinach, mushrooms, swiss, and bacon, whole wheat toast, and home fries. For dinner I had my leftover t-bone from Friday and a cheese stick. A TON of sodium, but but not bad calorie wise. Whenever I have too much sodium, my eyelids get puffy. And I can really see that this morning. Although, while I feel like I'm holding on to a lot of water, my face looked thinner this morning.
I think I need to start going back to yoga more often. Definitely helped with the tension in my back.
On the cafeine front--I haven't had any soda since new year's day. The withdrawal headaches are mostly gone. I'm still feeling a little tired in the afternoon and evenings, but I think I might be over the worst of it. Though I'm tired more at night, I feel less sluggish in general. I have overall more energy.
Today I have a dinner date with someone in my writer's group. He's been reading my manuscript and has some feedback for me. I already plan to have a chicken and spinach salad with ranch dressing.

    Thanks guys!

I'm feeling pretty good today. Not as sluggish after waking up.
I have a meeting tonight for second job, so I left boyfriend in charge of deciding what we're eating tonight. We have a home chef being delivered, so he's got 3 choices and I'll be surprised.

Still deciding how I want to log my weight, so bear with me!

    Morning everyone!

I feel so much more energized in the mornings (though I still hate getting out of bed. I blame the dog for wanting to cuddle). Last night I wound up eating Spicy cajun shrimp and grits, a cheese stick, and a glazed donut. The glazed donut was at work and had been staring at me for 2 days. I made it until right before I left and I ate the last one. So OMAD was more like 21:3 intermittent fasting yesterday.
Tonight we're going to trivia at our local bar. Not sure what I'm going to eat yet, but the little amount of calories I ate yesterday gives me wiggle room for today (that donut was only 210 calories. of pure sugar). Aiming for something high in protien as the plan.

The shrimp and grits were so good! I'll definitely get that one again.
Last night i wound up eating chicken Maryland. It was grilled chicken breast (8ish oz), with hollandaise sauce, lump crab meat, and dice tomatoes, with aside of mashed potatoes and veggies. I also treated myself to ice-cream. Came to about 1200 calories.
I'm feeling the sodium today. I also had a 6:30AM meeting, so my morning routine was off the rails.
Tonight is another homechef. It's going to be Sweet Vidalia Roasted Bone-In Chicken
with roasted pears and Brussels sprouts. I'll probably also have a few pieces of cheese wrapped in proscuito to up my calories a bit. We'll see how I feel tonight.
    Have agreat day!
