    Cut sugar from tea.
Replaced squash, to no added sugar squash, to plain water.
Reduced milk in tea to just at meal time, black/green before and after.
Got to logging cals and macros instead of counting in head throughout day.

Cutting sugar almost completely out of my diet. And no soda. Both have been so hard, but I cannot go back to my old habits.

    I stopped making excuses!

My favorite inspirational quote is "You can have results or excuses - you choose."

I loveeeee this quote sooo much!!!

    1. Buying a food scale
    2. Spending less money on fast food (I'm still a sucker for an egg white delight from time to time)

I have been using stevia in coffee and am getting my 8 glasses a day.
Logging daily and working out when I have exceeded my calorie intake for the day.
I also bought a weighted vest and have just started using it.
    Exercising daily no excuses.
I’m only on day 8 and down about 6 pounds! I think limiting sodium helped with water retention

I'm back into the habit of being hungry by the time I fall asleep. And there is nothing wrong with that. Accepting that feeling a little hungry isn't bad. It only makes the food taste better

I’d much rather go to bed on empty than over full as I sleep so much better. [/quote]

    Exactly!
