    Starting weight: 292
    Goal weight: 240
    Current weight: 290.2
    Total weight lost: 1.8

This week's successes: Back to logging everything. Cut sugary things. Started a very simple body weight circuit to get the joints used to work.
This week's challenges: started getting sick at the end of the week. Work through it. Maintain average 30+/day of walking. Eat a vegetable (sadly, not exaggerating).

I’m going to try a postnatal core yoga routine I found, because I am a 53yo dude with diastsis recti and fear any core work done “wrong” will just make it worse. I may need to work with a PT or a trainer. Anyone experience success with this kind of thing?

    1/1 - 292
    1/8 - 290.2
