    I need to get back on track after the holidays. My actual current weight is 156.3 because I enjoyed Christmas a little to much, but my average weight before the last couple of days was 152. I will post my first weigh in this Monday 12/31. Hopefully by March I have reached my goal of 140!

    Wow! I didn't expect that - I must have been holding on to water weight after the Christmas and New Year festivities. 55.5 kg is 0.5 kg less than the weigh-in just before Christmas on 17th December. So I successfully negotiated Christmas.

    I have done great in 2018 but got off track in the fall & early winter. I am re-dedicating myself to a healthier me!
    I will weigh in approximately once per week but not the day after a travel (restaurants & water retention).
