I'm taking 9000 FCC 2x for whey protein isolate because my lactose intolerance has gotten worse.
What strength do you take? I'd like to know because I think 18000 FCC is excessive.

I’ve switched to pea protein because the bloating just wasn’t worth it, but if you can dial the dosage in, more power to you👍1

Whey isolate contains very little lactose. Usually 1% or less.

I don't take any lactase for whey protein isolate unless I drink it in milk. My lactose intolerance is moderate though.1
