Deleting a good item

Does anyone know how to delete a good item from yesterday - this is my 2nd day and still learning the app - I upgraded to premium

    Do you mean how to delete an item you logged in your food diary?

    If so, on the website click the red circle with the minus sign in it. On the app, hold your finger down on the item and you'll get a pop up box to delete or move it. I'm not sure about iPhone.

    I'm pretty sure from other threads that you swipe left on the iPhone to delete a food from your diary.
