Week 1

It’s though. I feel like eating a load of junk.

I’ve been to the gym 3 times this week - I’ve had amazing workouts and my diet has been great. FYI - I had a cheat day yesterday and felt like *kitten* after eating everything.

Here’s to the next 56 weeks.

    You might want to reconsider your cheat day if it not only made you feel like crap, but you want to eat 'junk' again today?
