Water Weight

the first thing someone says when you are happy about losing weight when you first start your diet and work out is “it’s mainly water weight” but does water weight have great impact on you? I lost 10 pounds of water weight in 1 week and I was able to run from my house to my local barber which is 4 minutes away without stopping which I couldn’t do at all before I started

Any loss of weight will have an impact. If you ran to the barbershop with a gallon of milk in your hands, would it be easier to run without it? Sure it would. That gallon of milk weighs eight pounds. Also, the first week of weight loss is often partly water weight, not all. You probably dropped a pound or two of body fat in that 10 pound loss.4
