Nothing fancy this a.m. just fast. A whopping 147 calorie Avocado and whole grain toast breakfast with 24 oz of water. The avocado was 102 calories and I found a 45 calorie multigrain bread I’ve tried out this week. The entire family loves it and they don’t even know 1) its whole grain and 2) it’s only 45 calories for (1) slice!

Tonight’s dinner: blackened mahi with cauliflower stuffing from green giant. Less than 300 calories. I added about 10 truffles fries from my hubby’s plate after taking this too.

Had to stop n take a pic mid way through for y'all. This was so yummy. Acorn squash seasoned with chili powder, cayenne, s&p stuffed with quinoa and chilli, sprinkling of chedder and red onion.
