    A bit frustrated. I've been eating under maintenance for over a week at this point and I've fluctuated up and down slightly but really haven't lost any weight yet. Basically my weight plateaued again (it's happened before several months back). Trying not to be too discouraged.

    @Micheller1210 - sorry, I just saw this. I am doing really well. First week of strict Keto and I’m down over 6 pounds. I am doing the Just Give Me 10 Days challenge along with this one so I check in there daily and will be posting on this one once a week. Hope all is well with you.

    January 1st 2019 SW: 206.6 lbs

    My ultimate goal is to loose 20 lbs in these 3months. I will log in on Sundays.

    00. 01.01.19: 206.6 lbs
    01. 06.01.19: 207.2 lbs
    02. 13.01.19: 200.2 lbs - this whoosh has been 3 weeks in the making.

    Focus for this week:
    * drink more water
    * move more often

    Down 0.5 lbs this week. Given how I felt this week I’ll call that a win

    Good question! Lots of people seem to be going the Keto route, but I get the impression we are all doing our own thing and seeing where it takes us. I find I don’t do well with strict restrictions — like Keto where one cracker brings you back to square one. I feel good eating low carb — fewer uncomfortable cravings. So that’s how I roll. Good luck to everyone here who is searching for their way!

    Jan 14th 153lb I'm happy with this as I haven't excercised much and my "diet" is more changing what I eat this week rather than wanting to lose loads of weight on one go, but this week I am cutting more calories.
    Have a great week all x

    Let's have a great week everyone!

    Start Weight - Dec 31: 160 lbs
    Challenge Start Weight - Jan 7th: 157.8 lbs
    Challenge Goal: 130 lbs

    Weigh-In are on Mondays
    Week 1 Jan 14: 155.2lbs Whoot!
    Week 2 Jan 21:

    A positive thought for the week: When I’m willing to do whatever it takes, when I’m willing to take the next step, when I’m willing to take the risk and accept the consequences, then I have all the faith I need to make my dreams come true.

    Healthy snack or meal: My post workout- whey protein Gold Standard 100% double rich chocolate with a banana. Helps my body quickly turns it into energy from my morning exercise.

    Best workout this week: About 25 mins of Aerobic exercises to help increase levels of good HDL Cholesterol in blood and also reduces elevated triglycerides. ^.^

    Comments: I didn’t workout as much I hope I would, but I made sure to watch what I ate that day to not go over my calories count! I shocked I have lost 5 pounds… I should of measured my problem areas to see the progress since water and muscles weight can affect the scale.
