Elliptical and/or Female Fitness- Women Workout

I'm currently doing my elliptical and the Women Workout. This app allows you to do a full body workout, and also arms, thighs, abs, etc. Should I do my elliptical and the full body daily (the full body is a challenge for a period of time, then goes up in intensity so I need to do that every day)? Or mix it like, one day full body and elliptical. Next day full body, arms, and abs? I just don't know what's the best way to get a good workout in. I love my elliptical, but ob viciously after a while it can get boring. That's why I have the app. Any suggestions?

    If the app is strength training (which is what it sounds like) then you should do a full body workout every other day. The elliptical is cardio and you can do as much or a little as you like, though I think they are recommending 30 min daily for cardiovascular health.
