Hi Everyone. I'm joining in today, but have my numbers from 1/1/19. I'm weighing in on Sundays. My goal is to get below 200 lbs for my birthday (2/10, and also a Sunday) as well as lose the 30 by 3/31. So far:
1/1 213.8
1/6 209 (love that first week)
1/13 208.9
1/20 204.6 (there must have been a salt issue last week)
TOTAL so far: 9.2 lbs
long term goal is 143 which will be 85 off my high of 228 in April of 2018
I can't imagine the pace will keep up like this. I'm drinking lots of water and unsweetened tea, eating lean proteins, healthy fats, and boat loads of vegetables. I am adding some more whole grains in this week. I think I may have been going a bit too light with only 1 serving a day for the last few weeks though I am feeling good.0 -
