Hi
Just wondered what your routines are re exercise and do you find it more difficult to lose the weight or go to the gym due to your work regime? Thanks for reading. iw ill be starting my night ****s in 4 weeks and wondered how people went about their gym/eating schedule?

I work the night shift, 8p-6:30a. I usually come home and sleep till about 3p and then go to the gym and go to work. I'm usually to wiped to work out after work and at 3 the gym is usually not packed and they have childcare for the kids. On my days off I usually go after I drop gthe kids off at school or early afternoon. I usually do 3 days cardio and two days lifting. Good luck with your goal.0

Are you doing permenant nights or just blocks of night shifts mixed in with days?
I do week long blocks of nights and at other times work a mixture of early shifts & late shifts. I find the constant changing around tough to be honest, but I find nights are the worst for my diet and exercise regime. There is always a real 'low' at about 4-5am when I feel like I have no energy, and it takes real discipline not to reach for the snacks and sugary drinks that everyone else survives on! I'd recommend having some healthy snacks for those times. My exercise regime goes out the window on nights usually because I am just so tired and just have a poor week in weight loss terms. If you are doing permenant nights it might be easier because your body will adjust to being awake at those times.0 -
i work nights and i usually come home at 7am do a few chores in bed by 08:30ish up between 1530 and 1730, eat "breakfast" do a work out right now its RevAbs(i'm a huge fan of at home workouts especially beachbody.). Shower and start dinner for the boyfriend and i We eat around 2000. After dinner i pack up a third meal for at work i usually eat around 0200, theres snacks sprinkled in. work till 0700 and repeat.0
