Absolutely! 18 month old at 33 (after a broken back, plus broke my foot after I was only 10lbs our from my 1st year in the Air Force 8 years ago)!
Now I’m 15lbs out and doing the Christmas Abbott workout at 4 weeks in I’ve lost fat but not much weight, so two days in and counting, need some motivation!
Fat loss of best, but I want to see the scale move with my foods dialed with my increased energy on my new Ketotarian lifestyle by Dr Will Cole using NF music to kick my booty!!!
