January 22 182 lbs (<4 lbs>) 15 lbs lost total
Original goal was to reach 188 lbs by the time we leave for our destination wedding. That’s is the “ BIG WHY “ for me. Having crushed that goal I reset my next target for 182 lbs and now I have achieved that as well. Next new goal is to be at 180 lbs by Saturday morning. E = R ( Effort = Results )
