Walked a whole hour - knee ligaments a bit painful, otherwise OK.

Cardio with intervals on the elliptical (3 min warm/cool, 10 intervals at 4mph for 1 min/7+ mph for 1 min), then aux work for biceps (preacher curls, bar curls, isolation curls and hammer curls), and I did 10 BW squats between each set of biceps reps for a total of 150 squats.

    Way to go @CentaurusSoter!

My workout today was a very short 5 mile bike ride. Next time I'll wear something on my ears. :)

Upper body day! New PRS, jogged on the treadmill for 15 minutes at 8minutes per mile and I was overheated, I couldn't sweat enough to cool myself down, I was drenched, now that felt like a workout, can't wait to hit the gym again tomorrow.

Rowing - finally! Which is to say it wasn't to foggy and I'm finally feeling not sick enough to actually exercise.

I think we were out for an hour and 40 minutes or so. Lots of really useful work by 6s before doing 3 six minute pieces to get us back to the dock. My coach filmed my boat during the last piece and will be emailing us the analysis and the video later this week. I have lots to work on, but it felt significantly better than when I was last on the water two weeks ago.

You are a champion. I have so much respect for those who live in truly winter-y areas and still get out and make it happen. Not sure I'd be able to do that without being conditioned for the weather first. Good luck tomorrow! I'm sure you'll get out there and kill it!
