I typically go for fresh fruit, or canned if no fresh available. Trail mix, pb crackers, pepperoni and cheese sticks, salad.

I always drink some water before a snack though to make sure I'm not just thirsty and help fill my belly so I don't snack as much.

Popcorn! I'm trying it with different things mixed in. Lime and pepper; garlic, parmesan, and jalapenos - the world is your oyster.

strawberries dipped in cream cheese, but I add Stevia to the cream cheese for a little extra sweetness. Taste just like strawberry cheesecake!

6 oz frozen mango (pop in the microwave for 70 seconds) 90ish calories
    1/2 c rose water 0 calories
    dash powdered cardamom 0 calories
1/4 c light coconut milk 50ish calories OR 1/3 oz crushed almonds 60ish calories

if I am good on calories for the day, I'll have both the almonds and the coconut milk

Celery and carrot sticks with hummus (hummus is made out of garbanzo beans, very healthy fat), I also pack organic rice cakes with almond butter in my golf bag for lunch.

I usually chop up some cucumbers & squeeze lemon on top and add a pinch of salt, it’s amazing! Or I’d eat red bell peppers

    Peanut butter and sliced apple
    Choc chip brioche
    Mixed nuts
    banana
(the above average 130 calories per snack)

those are my go to snacks but mostly I eat good sized meals so my need for snacking is minimal - I will always leave room for a few squares of chocolate per day too
