Sorry about your diagnosis Brenda. It's great to know what's going on though. Good thing you lost a lot of weight, it probably makes it much better for you than what could have been. Ya...maybe like Darth said...an anti-inflammatory diet can't hurt. Keep us posted1

Sorry I've been missing in action this week. On Monday I bent over and pulled my back out so I've been resting. I couldn't even do my back exercises or walk on my treadmill. I'm feeling a lot better today though. I hope everyone is doing great!!!0

I've been having way too many splurge days and my weight is slowly creeping up and right now it's out of my range by 1 pound. I know it doesn't seem like alot but if things keep going like they are it will be so I'm going to start having more OMADs. and less splurge days.0

Once you start having more OMADs, the 1 pound will vanish easily! Don't be too hard on yourself!1

Brenda, you are a maintenance genius. I think one of your low-calorie days and a couple of OMAD days will get rid of that pound and get you back comfortably within your maintenance range.1

It's going ok Tracey...This is the week I'm supposed to be having more OMADS and less Splurge days but on my OMADS I've been eating a lot so we will see what Friday's weigh in says...I'm hoping for a pound loss to bring me back into range.0
