02/02 - 201 (2380 steps) I’m not gonna lie. I was a complete slug on Friday. We got 6 inches of snow and I didn’t go to work. I didn’t exercise. I was wayyyyyy over on my eating. It was more of an 80/20 day. Not a complete blow out. I just needed a break for a moment. Now I’m back on track!!! 😁😁
Saturday Barn day!!! We worked the cow today but, I didn’t get any pictures. Below is a picture from a show in 2013. I love working a cow. It’s so much fun!

02/02- Enjoyed the weather outside today since we were finally out of the deep freeze. ( walking, kettlebell, stretching) exercises.

Last day of this round I will be on a plane leaving for our 6 day vacation. No Kids, no animals, just my DH and I. So that means I have 10 days to do my best work and stay on track so that I can have fun and not stress about the scale while I am away. Round 67 here we go!
End of Rnd 66:147.6 which is a new low for me (Avg 10 day was 149.56)
Goal 146.xx and get my Avg 10 day lower
02/02 - 148.5 up a little today. Had a couple of beers last night to celebrate my son getting into the college he wanted. So I expected a little bit of an up tick. Have to get up early and do some cleaning and then get some shopping done. We will see how it goes.

@deepwoodslady and @quiltingjaine My birthday was on Thursday, and I enjoyed my day. My husband worked, but he took me out for a delicious steak dinner late this afternoon after I finished a 6-hour music practice and prayer-partner reveal with my gospel singing group. I could count it as exercise, since we were on our feet most of the time doing some lively choreography. That was fun. I ate a small brownie one of the ladies baked--I decided to allow myself one since I didn't have (or want) birthday cake.9

02/02: 191.6 ok with this. Went out to eat yesterday. Had a good training session this evening after work and did really well with water. Was under calories but eating choices could of been better 😊

02/02: 206.2. Went out for breakfast and didn’t over eat (yay), but ended up eating too much sugar today. But only went over my calorie goal by 50. So not horrible but must make better choices.

02/02 234.2 my body LOVES this number apparently lol. Exercise and food on point. I’m a little surprised to hit a plateau already but not giving in. Its also TOTM at the moment so maybe that’s keeping me the same.
03/02 235.6 totally expected. I threw my back out and spent virtually all day flat on my back. Bloody sciatica. I got painkillers and anti inflammatory meds from the doctor and so I’m hoping to be able to move today.
This is going to be a slow round for me.

♥️I track everything I eat Every Day, weighing everything to the gram. I pay attention to sodium, protein, fiber, water, sat fats under control. Minimum 5 fruits/veg servings a day, protein every meal,
♥️I exercise daily (10K steps, 60 mins exercise, and 300 workout burn daily, minimum, averages over a week.)
♥️I keep CI under CO daily.
♥️I use a trend app & look at averages weekly, monthly, etc.
♥️Water, sleep, yoga (recent addition), body positivity affirmations, (another recent add), GLAD (grateful, learned, achieved, delighted) quick daily journaling..
♥️Baby steps. As my Dad always reminded us, “Rome was not built in a day!”)

Hi everyone, I just found this while looking on the community for the first time for some inspiration (I have been faffing for too long and my weight is going in the wrong direction) - so Round 1 for me... I'm in!

02/02- 212.6- I had an alright day yesterday, 2000cals eaten and 13600 steps, so I came away with a deficit. Aunt Flo came to visit today so I'm alright with my weight staying steady.
02/03- 211.4lb- whoo! 550cals yesterday, 9900steps. Over the last week I averaged 12,000steps a day, very pleased with that. We have my sons class puppet staying with us for the week so we are going to treat him to a cinema trip today, a large Diet Coke for me. My partner will cook enchiladas for our tea tonight, already looking forward to it X

02/02 - 181.4lbs - Whoosh! I was back to being good yesterday and had a snow day with my daughter so we played in that loads and made her first snowmen and did snow Angel's etc, so I got some natural, fun exercise in
02/03 - 182.02lbs - not surprised. Had sisters 40th birthday party last night, so had quite a bit of alcohol. I clocked up over 16,000 steps with all the dancing, but it was very energetic, so I expect the calorie burn was good. Hopefully undo some of the calorie damage of the alcohol and I'll see a better number on the scale tomorrow morning once I've stopped retaining water.
