Thanks everyone....it has been a great week......just hoping the damage done over the weekend didn't set me back. I didn't do a mid-week weigh in this week so tomorrow's results will be a surprise and they better be a good one LOL.....
So when I restarted on 1.7.19 I was at 184
Last Friday I had made it down to 179.5
Today (a bit nervous bc we had a big weekend last weekend) but I stuck to the plan this week and drank the &)(&(* out of some water so I was hoping for some kind of loss....
I hit 177.5 today so a solid 2lb for the week...…. I'll take it kids
So 6.5 since January 7th...….not too shabby!!!!
Stay strong - don't doubt yourself and if you get off track, get back up and brush those boots off...…..

PS I'm sure I've asked before - but what's your goal weight?
The goal weight changes right now my first goal is 150 but ultimately I would like to be anywhere from 135-145. If I can get to 170 then 150 is just 20lbs away....Once i get to 150 it should be easy to drop the last 15...……
Literally exactly the same LMFAO - 150 to start (that's where I know I'm comfortable) and then realistically 135 is my UGW, but with a range of 135-145
Congratulations on hitting 177.5 !!! Like you guys, I will set mini goal weights so that I can achieve it one step at a time, slowly but surely. However, right now, I am STUCK... again! Going to figure out what to do next!

Hi guys sorry I have been MIA. I had to have an emergency surgery last week. scary times but all is good. I am still on the plan although I haven't weighed. I haven't had any appetite at all so I am sure I am dropping still. Will catch up with everyone's thread and post my weight on Friday.
OMG What kinda surgery! Glad to hear you're ok, but still!!! That anesthesia will make you gain too, so I'd keep your eyes off the scale until you're fully recovered, but still keep us updated!
