I think I see what you did there, but could you give me the steps? How many calories per servings?

Does this get baked or eaten as shown?

I sliced the zucchini into quarter inch strips, added pizza sauce, chopped chicken, mushrooms, onions, spinach and cheese. I placed the stripes close together so the topping wouldn't keep falling off. I'm trying to lower my carb intake because of my diabetes, that's why I used zucchini. Found the recipe on pintrest, Zucchini Bites what's the name of the recipe. Haven't figured out the calories yet, been busy all day.

Sorry baked it in the oven on 375 degrees for 15 minutes just long enough for the cheese to melt

And now I have bruised heels. Still no pizza :)

Ice them down and all will be fine ;)

I am trying cream cheese pizza crust tonite (I cant have gluten). I don't like the gluten free flour crust, didn't like cauliflower crust, although slicing the cauliflower into a slab and adding pizza toppings was really good(looks similar to yours). I will try the zucchini as it looks really good. Thanks for sharing

While that looks delicious, I would eat it as a casserole.
