I'm just starting and trying to figure out the videos, is there some kind of list that would have them in order? Youtube has them all mixed up so I wind up watching something that I should watch later, like splurge meals that don't apply to me now. Also I noticed some have great placards with instructions on them, are they available to download on the website? I can't get a connection to any materials on the website.
