Diet plan required

Can someone post a perfect diet plan for gaining weight??

    Eat foods you like in moderation to a calorie surplus, set up your account for weight gain and it will calculate your calories.

    Set your goal to gain 0.5lbs per week, eat the foods you like, try to eat a nutritious balanced diet, hit your calorie goal, commit to a well-designed strength training program. If you struggle to eat enough calories, switch any "diet" or low fat products to whole, add in calorie dense foods like nuts, and consider a smoothie as it might be easier to add :drinker:

    In most region, advising a specific meal plan is only legal if one is a Registered Dietitian or other certain health professionals.

    That said, if you track your food accurately and use it to eat more calories than you burn, you should gain weight.
    Is there a more specific goal like looking to add lean/muscle mass?
