02/12 159, not a great start to Round 68. I think my salt intake over the past few days caught up with me. Today is another day so I am not going to be too discouraged. I ordered Plated for this week and the calories count are really high, especially for my height and intake. I made their Steak Quesadilla yesterday and the serving size was 960 calories. I cut my portion in half so calories were within the 1360 I could eat, but I was still very hungry. I order from meal subsciptions around once every month, but took January and December off because of the holidays, so this was the first time I have cooked with them on a diet.
45 minutes of exercise, 11,771 steps, 64 oz of water

02/13 158, good drop after eating well yesterday. It's raining heavily today so hoping to make it to gym after work. Officially no longer obese, just overweight so pretty happy to see 158. My next mini goal is 157.6 (15 lbs down) and hope to get there soon!

02/14 158.5 up a bit, but ate really well yesterday so just will trust the process and see where the scale goes this round. It rained heavily yesterday and it looks like the rain will continue to Friday. I am hoping to get at least 5000 steps in so that I can make up the difference later in the round. Most of my steps involve walking outdoors and running errands, so the rain hinders that ability.

02/12 – 162 – There goes the bloat of the last few days, yay. Did not go to the gym but made it through the day OK yesterday. Draggy again today but don’t have to go anywhere except drive DH to work.
02/13 – 161.8 – No gym today as still feeling off, although much better. Will get my exercise shoveling out the car so I can go pick up DH. Glad our driveway is short.
02/14 – 162 – DH brought home chocolate. My cals. were low for the day (at that point) and did not eat it all so was only a tiny bit over.
02/15 – 162.2 – Feeling back to normal. Caved and bought some fancy ice cream yesterday which made DH happy. I had ½ cup which I can manage and keep within cals. The trouble is the cravings that starts – maybe I should do a “test” and see how many days it takes of not caving till the craving goes away, lol?

First Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 180 by The end of February I hope to achieve this by losing about 1.5 pounds per week (or 2 lbs per round).
My Second Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 160 by my Birthday on May 10th by sticking to my plan to lose 1.5 pounds per week (or 2 lbs per round).
My third Long Term Weight Goal: To weigh 150 by the 4th of July using the same plan as above.
Exercise:

02/12 …..185.4 ….. Yay me! It finally budged but I had to go to extreme measures to get a jumpstart! That was actually easy since I woke up with a bad cold & didn't feel well most of the day. Today I will get the carbs & calories back up to plan & try to keep this ball rolling, especially in light of Valentine’s day this round which will include multiple meals outside of my home and we all know how that ends with me. But I’m working on that weakness. Travel at the end of the round for some overnight medical trips will not allow me to do the last few days weigh-ins (unless weather causes me to cancel trip). This will be a tough round but I’ll do my best. My stats for yesterday: 708 Calories in / 2648 calories out. Net carbs 7. IF 16:8 A total of 19,105 steps which included a planned walk. 8.22 Total miles for the day. 13/13 fitbit step hours. I danced for 37 minutes & I walked indoors at moderate pace for 69 minutes. My sample song was “Footloose” by Kenny Loggins. A great high-paced peak song. Good Luck everyone on this round.
02/13 .....185.2..... I had to cancel an out of town Dr. Appointment today due to weather. We have gotten 11” of snow since yesterday afternoon into today. No school again for my grandkids. I wanted to pump up my calories over yesterday’s post, but it was an all day & evening phone day so I was way under on everything again but so distracted my stomach stayed satisfied. I will try to bring my calories up again today a bit. Yesterdays stats: 848 Calories In / 2454 Calories out. 11 Net Carbs which was mainly my Cauliflower Rice casserole. 14,440 steps & 6.11 Total miles. I spent a bit of time briskly walking up & down long hallway (on purpose) during some of the calls to get my steps in. IF: 17:7 I completed 13/13 fitbit step hours. I slept 5 hours and 11 minutes which was very refreshing. I walked 50 minutes & danced 44 minutes. Sample song was “Lighthouse” by Ziggy Marley.
02/14 .....185.4..... Plans for today: Valentines Day luncheon with Friends followed later at night with Pool Hall Potluck featuring special V-Day desserts. Wish me luck! Food…Food…Food… A slight blip up in weight on scale. I’m not sure why because yesterday was a good day & I stuck to plan. I managed to slightly increase my calories because they had been running too low. No as much exercise but still got a bit of planned movement in. Slept well. However, water intake was low which usually happens when I’m so busy. Stats: 1061 Calories In / 2492 Calories Out. 16 Net Carbs which was mainly Keto friendly Jalapeno Poppers to help me pump up my calories. 13,144 Total Steps & 5.58 Total Miles. IF: 16:8. I completed 13/13 fitbit step hous. I slept 5 hours & 41 minutes. I walked indoors for 20 minutes & danced for 22 minutes. Sample song was “Last Kiss” by Pearl Jam . (The remake of the oldie). I’m planning a fun day & night. Happy Valentine’s Day Everyone!
02/15 .....189.0..... Whaaaat????? Yes, I doublechecked it. I had two different food fests yesterday. I ate very lightly & wisely during the afternoon luncheon with friends. At the Valentine’s Potluck last night I know I ate over calories & carbs. Too confusing to count. But 3.6 lbs overnight? Hopefully some of it is water so I will work on that today. Calories Out 2344. 10,513 total steps & 4.48 total miles. I did not IF due to afternoon luncheon. I completed 13/13 fitbit step hours. I slept 5 hours & 15 minutes. No time for the dancing yesterday, but I did walk moderate pace outside in the freezing cold for a planned walk which was 41 minutes. Back to losing the same pounds again! I hate the way carbs work in my body so I am only too happy to be back on plan today. I hope everyone had a lovely day yesterday & will enjoy their weekend.

02/15 ~ DNW today. Accepted the best thick and creamy grilled cheese and tomato sandwich as a treat last night and didn't want to see it on the scale and possibly regret it, lol. Had a great night sleep, started T25 again, (although modified at about 70%), got in a good walk, some stretching and a seated abs and arm workout. Getting in a lot of movement and being mindful of food calories, but enjoying this lovely long weekend.

@deepwoodslady awww you are so sweet. It's been a bit difficult to get on latley to post but I am always weighing and making sure to update you guys when I do. I love reading everyone's posts and I hate leaving it a day behind because there is so much to catch up on. I spent almost a whole day last weekend trying to play catch up. I am happy the thread seems to be more active then normal...it makes me happy seeing people working toward their goals and trying to get healthy and I only hope all those people find this thread to be as motivating as I do. 02/12 = 218.2 (+1.2), BF% = 18.3 (+0.1). I'm going to call yesterday "an extended weekend." It started by eating out (Thai) at a place I know I should not have. I had something "keto-friendly" for dinner, except my wife "convinced" me (I'm going to stick with that for now) to have a slice of bread with it, which turned into two. I snacked a little mindlessly at one point. And I ended the night with 4-5 mini ice cream cones from Trader Joe's (if you know what they are, they're delicious). I'm owning what I ate, even if I didn't log it last night. I'm really trying to stick with this again, good or bad. Writing this right now is some serious deja vu. I'M STILL HERE!!!

02/13 = 217.2 (-1.0), BF% = 18.2 (-0.1). Just in case I was trying to forget, holidays suck a little bit. Valentine's Day means candy is everywhere. Someone put a Godiva dark chocolate assortment in the break room at work, and I had some (a little more than I planned to). Everything else for the day was okay.

02/14 = 215.8 (-1.4), BF% = 18.0 (-0.2). Happy Valentine's Day everybody! I had a little bit of a candy/cookie binge last night, but my weight disagrees. We'll see what happens tomorrow morning. I'm just going to try to eat well today.

02/15 = 216.8 (+1.0), BF% = 18.1 (+0.1). I'm going to call this a bit of a delayed reaction. I think I ate a little crappy 2 and 3 days ago (NOT yesterday), yet my weight went up yesterday, and down on those 2 and 3 days ago days. This matches what I know; it takes a while for whatever I eat to have a real effect on my weight. I'm just noticing. I'm not upset. I ALSO weighed myself pretty late yesterday, which likely exaggerated any weight loss that was actually there. Still shooting for >215 this week. I'm going to REALLY try to keep things under control this weekend. I have one party I'm attending on Saturday, and then I'm going to meet up with @quiltingjaine for the first time on Sunday evening (hopefully)!

I set a goal weight range of 125-130, for myself. My weight’s been creeping back up. Jan 2019-135. I Do Not want to regain weight lost as I have in past; because I feel SO good at lower weight!
I just can’t let that happen!

2/14-132.6, weighing daily is stressing me right now. Been working hard. Hope to see a better number tomorrow.
2/15-133.0– scale is making me crazy!!! Absolutely no good reason for going up! But Im determined. Im going to do a alternating daily calorie goal to hopefully break this plateau and work on getting my water in better. IF is not an option nor Keto for me. One positive, I was so ticked this morning; I did a 45 min HIIT workout before coming to work.

02/12 143.4 I was really good last night but I did have a lot of salty food and I was feeling bloated today so this could be a combination of both. Just a fluctuation or else I don't know what I might have done wrong to earn this gain. I stayed under calories, worked out and drank 1.6 liters of water. 19,000+ steps. The past couple of rounds I haven't been coming to the group as often, although still weighing in every day but I want to make this group apart of my priority..it took so long to read the last thread and get caught up on all your progresses but I did it!

02/13 142.2 came down a little. Ate good, exercised and drank 1.3 liters of water, 8,000+ steps

02/14 141 I'M happy about this drop, super excited to keep going. Yesterday I ate under Calories, exercised and drank 1.3 liters of water and 6,000+ steps. 6th day sticking to healthy eating and watching my calories. I am dedicated to keep this up and keep going for the duration of the 10 days. No bad days this time around. Restart button is so far working good.

02/15 140.2 cheers to a steady drop! I did good yesterday, even for Valentine's day. I made my man peanut butter cups and mint thins (from scratch) since they are his favorite. While doing this, i licked no spoons and kept my hands to myself, except when they went for Apple slices I had prepared before baking to stop me from snacking. Although by the end of the night i had indulged in couple of small cookies here and a peanut butter cup there (you have to taste to be sure it's good, right?) I stopped and didn't over indulge on the treats, keeping under my calorie goal. I also opted in a vegetable plate rather then the burgers and fries I made him. Overall a nice night. Worked out good and greatful it wasn't worse then it could have been

12/02 - 229.3 lbs. 30 mins on the Wii last night. Trip to supermarket during lunch break, didn't even go down the chocolate aisle! Popped in for dinner at my Mum's last night. I had more calories than normal but still under the recommended daily allowance.

13/02 - 229.3 lbs. Same weight as yesterday. I have been out for a 30 minute walk at lunchtime today. 30 minutes on treadmill walking & running in the evening.

14/02 - 227.5 lbs. Normal day at work. Weight loss due to normal fluctuations. A tad over calories today.

15/02 - 228.75 lbs. Day off today from work refelting one of the outbuildings. Should take 3 days to complete.i don't have a manual job so this should burn a few calories.

Hi Joan, our ages, weights and goals, really similar. I have been doing this challenge for months, more on than off, including in maintenance for a while. Everyone's gotta find their happy place, but for me getting to know what the daily fluctuations do or do not mean is very freeing, and that is one reason I love this thread. I not only weigh every day, I record on MFP every day so I can get this chart. The straight lines are either trips away from scale, or deliberate self-sabotage LOL. You can see when I was succeeding, and you can see why I came crawling back

Weight varies, but I average out the weight for the round and it trends down if I am doing the right things to lose.

02/12: 191.4 5am. Meals prepped and logged for the day. Goal H2O 80 oz and walk throughout the day. Will get a workout in later this week.
02/13: 188.7 idk about this. Worked out a lot after work and had a light dinner. Goal again today 80oz h20 and work out. New mini goal to keep myself on track hot pink vapor max and matching gym outfit once I break 184.9 🤷🏽‍♀️
02/14:187.6 80 oz h20 yesterday and workout completed after work. I have a late night tonight so no workout.
02/15: 188.6 80oz water yesterday. Planning a workout this evening. Water goal for today met also

02/13 180.8 Hmm I adjusted my calories slightly to see if that helps. How long do you normally give it before making adjustments? In the 20 days I’ve been back to using mfp I’ve lost 1.2 pounds.
