I just started FODMAP Sunday for SIBO. Looking for good recipes. Is there a way we can share from our recipe section of our diary? I have some good ones.

If you are in the category of being able to tolerate mannitol a bit, cauliflower rice is lovely- blend up raw cauliflower florets until the size of rice (ish). Then put in a frying pan with a teeny bit of either water or oil, plus some spices (I like finely grated ginger and turmeric and salt) and fry for a couple minutes, then turn over, cover, and continue to cook while it steams a little for 2-4 minutes.

You can get it pretty flavorful and it's a great base for other protein dishes. :-)

Although does anyone have the fodmap app from Monash university? They added in a recipe section now, so that's helpful.
