If you're like me, that last 15 pounds has been the hardest. Any tips, suggestions welcome. Thinking about going premium. Let me know what you think.

    I do not know anyone who goes premium. The last 15 pounds seem harder, but more accurately, it just takes longer. There are studies that show, and I am sure other studies that refute, but, there are studies that show, that as you get closer to minimum fat %, the amount of calories you need to burn to reduce the fat increases, this is due to body mechanisms. It is estimated that to lose 1 pound of fat at the lower % levels takes as much as a 7000 calorie deficit.

    Definitely the last 15 pounds are hard to lose. I had to increase my protein and carbs up to get out of my stalling weighloss. I have premium which i like because it gives me a better understanding of my nutrients. You could always try premium free for a month and see if it helps any. Good Luck !

    The best tips I can give you are accuracy and patience. Even with a generous portion of the first, you still need a lot of the second.

    I used the free version when I was losing, and now that I'm maintaining, for whatever that's worth. I mostly paid attention to calories, while vaguely trying to hit my protein and fiber goals when I could.
