Just one of the Quaker Oatmeal Fruit and Cream Oatmeal packets. 130 calories which is plenty for breakfast.

In your world, it might be. In my world, nice little snack.

For me, I hate eating a ton of calories so I try to eat as little as I can. To each their own.

My oatmeal is usually lunch, but it works for breakfast well too.
    40g oats
.8 fl oz milk (adjust to preference)
    170g vanilla greek yogurt
    140g frozen mixed berries

    375 calories
Mix oats and milk, layer yogurt on top, and then the berries. Refrigerate over night or at least seven hours, enjoy!

Often I have it after midnight, so it's my first meal of the day.

1/2 cup oats cooked in Almond milk. Topped with berries and 1/2 Tbsp chia seeds. I also add protein powder (dymatize iso 100 - fudge brownie flavor). Total calories 385 with 34 grams protein

1/2 cup Trader Joe's rolled oats
    1 cup water
3/4 scoop chocolate whey protein powder (My Protein is the brand I use)
    2 Tbsp unsweetened coconut flakes
Add either a few dried tart cherries or a few butterscotch baking chips (nestle)

    Both of these are delicious

I make mine 4 servings at a time using an instant pot and steel cut oats with milk. Not gonna look up measurements but you can figure it out - add walnuts or pecans, almond and vanilla extract, paprika, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, and ginger, cranberries, and either Granny Smith apples, peaches, or pumpkin purée.

When serving I add fresh blueberries or blackberries, a spoonful of Greek yogurt, and sometimes cacao powder and toasted coconut. I also eat a side of cottage cheese with salsa for the extra protein. Total is between 530 - 560 calories depending on toppings.

I must be weird, I like my porridge plain! Half a cup each of oats, milk and water. Maybe some cinnamon of I'm feeling fancy

I have a few variations of oatmeal breakfasts:

    proats type:

30-35g oats (depends on calorie budget)
30g protein powder (stirred in AFTER cooking)
    5g chia seeds
    1/2 tsp macca powder
couple of shakes of cinnamon powder
then I top that with either fresh apple, or strawberries or other berries, or cook it with frozen mixed berries. Again. all depends on my caloric allowance. When on poverty I use berries, when not so poor, apple and berries!
Also, when not poor I sometimes add some peanut butter at the end too

    pancake type:

2 eggs OR 100g egg whites (depends on macros allowance)
    30g oats
    20g protein powder (or sometimes PB2 instead - 30g PB2)
    5g chia seeds
    1/2 tsp macca powder
    couple of shakes of cinnamon

    cook that like a pancake

top with (again dependent on macros)

    honey
    yoghurt
    fruit

    OR banana protein pancake type:

30g oat bran so that it's like flour
    1 banana
    30g protein powder
some liquid such as almond milk or coconut water (~100ml)
    cinnamon

    cook.

top with yoghurt or riccotta and fruit. honey also nice.

all of the above are usually less than 400calories unless you start doing peanut butters and stuff like that - like the more topping the more calories.

I'm one of those weirdos who likes savoury oatmeal (or porridge as it's known in the UK). Must be the Irish in me!

    40g oats
    200ml semi skimmed milk
    poached egg
    pinch of salt

    323 calories

I like sweet porridge too but it doesn't keep me as satiated as when I add an egg
