5'8, 230lbs, with wide shoulders & muscular. My US size 16s are super baggy on me (got them at 255) so should probably move on to 14s. At 195 I was in loose 12s, some 10s.

    Shirts are Ls & XLs.

I'm 5'10, 200lbs, i wear a 14 US jean, and XL and sometimes XXL women's top. I strength train, so my shoulders and legs are snug/or too tight in most clothes with tops and jeans fitting loose around the belly and waist area. I don't have many clothes that fit me perfectly. it's annoying really, so i resort to my workout clothes often or super stretchy jeans. I have long arms to top it off, so often shirts just fit me weird. I'm not comfortable in them unless the sleeve somehow makes it to my hands and i don't feel like i'm going to rip the back out. So, i wear men's hoodies alot lol I do have about 10% more body fat to lose so hopefully that will help. We are all so different, it's really what all about what YOU feel your most bad *kitten* in! :)

I'm 5'8" and about 195 right now and I'm in a size 14 pants and wear a Large sized top. I have a pear shape complete with wide hips and a booty, so even getting down to about 160 lbs, I don't see myself going smaller than a size 12 in pants. I'd love to be in a size 10, though!

I’m 5’11. Around 195 to 210 lbs I’ve been in US size 14 jeans, 195 to 175 in size 12, 175 to 165 in size 10, and under 165 I fit size 8. Based on my body frame and age (43) I think I look best in the size 10-12 range - when I fit size 8 jeans I start looking facially gaunt and lose the boobs!

The variations between answers here are so remarkable. Just a good reminder how the number on the scale basically says nothing

I'm 5'9" 142 lbs. US size; tops med or small (if short sleeved), pants size 8 (could do 6 but I like pants looser) and skirts are always 6. I'm lean/athletic and carry my weight in my hip/thigh area.

    5’8 1/2
152 pounds, goal is 138 (but will be content at 142)
Pants - US size 6 (Gap) and 8 (American Eagle, Abercrombie, the places where my teen shops lol)
Tops - mostly medium but some large since I have a long torso and 36D chest.

    Good luck!

    I’m 5’9 and hover around 136-140lbs (63.kg)
It really depends on the designer. In US brands - 6/8 medium, ITalian 42 , French 38

It also really depends on the designer for me - I have a DVF dress that’s a 10 and extremely narrow - I have a Chanel skirt that’s a 6 and I was shocked it fit!

I'm 5'9 and 160 lbs...size 4/5...sometimes 3...I can wear size M t-shirts, but that's like a snug fit, L is more loose...so, if the t-shirt is stretchy then I will get it smaller and make it a "going out" shirt or an "under dresses" shirt, but for things to wear to work or family stuff, I go with L.

A great deal of sizing is going to depend on body composition and for tops bust size, not just weight. When I was 135 lbs I was a size 7, but I was less muscle and more fluff.
