    Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Double workout day -- 3 mile treadmill run in the morning, and then 60 minute strength training (combat, resistance and core) in the afternoon.

    Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and very slightly under -- I needed all my calories today!

    Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!

    @RangerRickL I'll be in the Winner's Circle for sure!

    Wow, what a great lengthy list for the Winner's Circle! Congrats to everyone who finished this month's challenge, regardless if you're on that list or not. Like @BMcC9 and @victorious55 said, you just being here and still posting at the end of the month is a success!

    Set up a replacement phone today, hopefully it lasts longer than the last one! I've been on track the last few days. All yesses and I'm back to my boot camp routine.
