    5k sprint- really a "how far can I get in 30 minutes" run- answer 3.6 miles

    Back day with assisted pull ups, a kadrillion push ups

    Stretching and foam rolling to prep for tomorrow's long and slow

    Finished that ride at 29.2mph.. UPS was outside and I had a mile left to finish. Absolutely flattened now.

    10 miles / 29:45 / 339 calories
    HR targeted ride to keep aerobic between 70/80% HR. End screed that of course, but a great ride regardless.

    50/50 miles done. Back on Monday. Y’all have a good one!

    35 minute walk on the treadmill, 1 mile run outside, squats, overhead presses (hate those!), deadlifts

    Horizontal row isometric contractions - 5 positions each 10-count x 3 rounds with 10-count pause between rounds.

    Two hand KB swings with 24kg KB timed for 100 reps - completed 50-25-25 in 3:09 and a fried grip.

    All done quickly at my office, very busy work day.

    1hr bootcamp, quite a bit of sprinting involved.

    A terrible 22 mile run. It was a real comedy of errors through the wind and rain today....can't be successful in them all though. Have to take the positive moments and look ahead to the next run.

    Goblet squats with 24kg KB x 5 for 10 rounds supersets with isometric contraction and resistance bands bicep curls and triceps extensions.

    An hour and a half or so rowing on the water in an 8. The water going out was absolute crap and coming back the wind at least helped with the set of the boat. We went farther than I've ever gone, which was great, other than that the water was so awful.

    As an aside, I'm really glad that I warm up very quickly, I think it was in the high 20s/low 30s when we went out. It was 27F when I left the house.

    19 miles today in gusting wind and rain.
    Forgot just how hard running this far is, I had to fight for every step of the last 2 miles.

    Forcing myself to ride much slower to keep aerobic only. Makes for a boring ride, but it’s what hearts crave.
