I have been a member of MFP for a few years. I lost 75 in 2013/2014 then gained it back. I am back down to my 2008 weight and I am trying to get down to a healthy weight for my body. If you want to add me that's fine with me. I post a lot of non-scale victories stuff and Fitbit stuff on my page so I hope that's ok if you add me.0

Hey everyone! I'm on a journey to lose 90 pounds! I've been trying for a long time but tend to just yoyo. This time I feel really good about it i'm doing IF and have stuck at it with no binge for two weeks! That sounds ridiculous to most bit for me a huge achievement.
