Soneone asked yesterday where I am, as UK timechange doesn't happen until later in the month ... both Canada and USA are facing "earlier Monday Morning" tomorrow. Time for bed even though it doesn't in the least feel like it ....7 -

Yes x3. Avoided sweet treats today (aside from sharing a hot chocolate with my daughter) after yesterday’s dessert overload. Got in a brisk 20 minute walk and lots of ice chipping and shovelling.11

Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? 10 mile run this morning -- my last run before my fourth half-marathon a week from today. Ending the day with about 33,000 steps!
Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? Yes and under. I needed all the food I could get today!
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? Yep!
Beautiful pics, @RangerRickL! We were finally in the low 60s and sunny here in Northern Cali for most of the day. We're supposed to hit 70 by next weekend...and then we'll be in the 100s before we know it. LOL
@jan110144 that is some impressive planking! I can barely hold it for 30 seconds.

Pass day #2 for me. I exercised and ate well, but then I attended a dinner party and slightly exceeded my calorie budget for the day. Not too bad considering there was lasagna and pumpkin pie!6
