    Meh. Going to get off the binge/fast rollercoaster. I've been swimming and it feels like a better use of my time than the elliptical. I still am sure that running was the key to my weight loss success in the past. My joints are older now so I don't think I'll ever return to 7 miles runs :'( so thus my struggles on this last 20 pounds. Swimming feels like a pretty good second choice but the calorie burns from the MFP library aren't stupendous--roughly the same as for the elliptical which seems wrong.

    will not be getting a workout in today most likely, I have a 2 hour dentist appointment after work, so doubt I will be feeling up for a workout tonight. I also had a migraine yesterday, that I still feel it a bit today, so it may or may not get worse, ugh. I have been doing great with my workouts this past week though, I think I missed 1 day.
