Hi ladies. I weighed myself this morning. 135.6. I realized I’m kind of in maintenance right now and I think I made a decision to permanently stop logging. My rationale is that I’m starting to replacement food with “better” options and eat more fruits and vegetables so I figure what’s the point. Also, I’m thinking if I eat “right” and exercise no need to weigh weekly. We have about 2 more weeks for our challenge. Let’s stay focused.

    Start Weight:200.8 (January 2018)
    Challenge Start Weight:196.0
    Challenge Goal Weight:186.0

    Week 1: 194.2
    Week 2: 193.0
    Week 3: 192.0
    Week 4: 191.8
    Week 5: 191.2
    Week 6: 192.0
    Week 7: 190.4
    Week 8: 194.8
    Week 9: 191.8
    Week 10: 189.2

So there have been some major changes for me to my diet this past 2 weeks. I gave up eating out or takeout for Lent (2 days a week is my small exception. Going from about 8 meals or more per week.). I have learned that must be grossly underestimating my calorie intake when eating out. I really should have known this, but it's been an eye opener for sure. I plan to keep this up! Focused to the end!

Thanks! It's been exciting to see the scale move again and getting in the 180's.

A healthy snack/meal: Yoghurt with strawberries and slivered almonds.
My most effective workout this week was: Body cycle.

Comment: This is not the time for a calorie deficit and exercise, so I’ll hope to maintain till less stressful times.

    Week 1: 134
    Week 2: 133 and 4.0km (30 mins)

I’m still not able to exercise properly, so I’m doubtful I’ll hit either of my goals at the end of this session. I did manage a brisk walk this week though, which is an improvement, and hoping to get to the gym this weekend!
