each week.
(1) I usually hit "Quote at the end of my last weigh in post. It will appear in the reply box. Then add current day information.
(2) You can also copy your post before you reply and save it in a notepad app on your cell phone or save it in a word doc on your computer. That way it is always accessible to you to add your new daily weights offsite of MFP. Then just copy it each day and paste it in the reply on the challenge board.
**MFP only gives 1 hour of time after posting to edit.
Once you become more comfortable and savvy to it all you can:How The HECK Do I Find My Last Post?!
When you want to find your previous posts on any of the MFP forums, at the top of the Community web page, there is a search link π, tap it or click on it. Scroll down to Author, type in your username, scroll down to Search, tap or click on it. All Forums that you participate in will come up with links to your posts.
Also, if there is something that you want to find within a particular thread, scroll to the bottom of the page. Under the last post you will see a box titled, Search discussion. Type in what you are looking for.

Hi, my name is Jenn and I am 39. I'm back for another round. The last one was not one of my best ones, only lost 3.5 pounds. With all of the holidays and vacations I bounced around the same 10 pounds. My lowest was 148 something and my highest was 157 something. So a new challenge and a new start! My second oldest will be graduating in May and its also my anniversary month so I want to be well in the 140's and hopefully below 145!
Weigh in days will be Friday

Challenge Goal Weight ~ 140
March 21, 2019 ~ 150.9 nice drop for the first day of a new challenge! 10.9 pounds to go!

Spring is here! Not the sunny days yet though in my neck of the woods. Not many of us are able to spend a lot of time outdoors in the wonderful warm sunshine. Being indoors on the job or maybe you suffer with some form of heat related illness if you spend too much time in the sun. We all still need vitamin D. I remember during the Winter months, my mother lining up me, my brothers and sister for a daily teaspoon of cod liver oil. π£ It kept us relatively healthy though. Good to get tested for vitamin d deficiency. D3 absorbs best, but vegetarians generally take D2 because it is produced by plants.
