Pass. Went to a local Italian for dinner with friends. It was delicious but I went over on my calories. I'm not drinking at the moment which is something as the other adults all easily had a bottle of wine each
Exercise: gardening and couldn't stop myself from some more cleaning (nesting ten weeks early eek!). Finally had a nice sunny spring day. Wow it lifts the spirits!5 -
Pass day. Started really well. 400 calorie burn but went over my upper calorie allowance. Feel so bad. Oh well tomorrow is another day. It’s nuts for me. I have eaten them all and will have to not buy any more until I can control amount. Most days I can but just lately I want to eat more and more of them.7

Great 45 minute HIIT class. Also walked and stood in three inch heels from 1-7pm which is definitely work.
Well under on calories even though we were at an event.
Many people I hadn’t seen since the Holidays or before so my weight loss was a hot topic. Tried to be brief because I can go on and on about it, when asked how I’m doing it. My answer is simple “hard work, I watch my calories and exercise... every day”4 -

10th Pass Day. This one was a mindset, intentional day, not to indulge or go crazy, just to not have to feel obligated. It was good.
