3months are up since I first started with my weight loss journey ,even though I lost just 3kgs I learnt a lot.
Things I learnt through this journey and still learning
1) Macros matter
2) Higher protein intake has better results
3) Sustaining on 1200 calories along with weight training 3 days a week isn't ideal.
4) Scale doesn't matter much,how you feel and how your clothes fit matter more.
Things to change up for the next 3 months to progress
1) Increase protein intake
2) Increase calories little by little to reach 2000calories so I can get leaner( yes!)
3) Believe in the process

I have been on a roller coaster ride all this time. So it turns out I only lost 2 lbs. I lost 3.25 inches in 3 mo.
Even tho the scales not showing I've lost. I know I'm losing because my clothes is loose and I see it in the way I look.0
