I think it is worth mentioning that "woo" is actually a negative emoji/response. I know it is hard to see on some devices but it isn't what, I am assuming, some people think it is. It is not a wohoo. It is more like a boo. @benbowers you ROCKED this week.3

@lk2011 Thank you! X 😁
Also thank you for letting us know about woo not being wohoo. What's worrying me is I've been woo'ing people when I thought I wohoo'ing! I feel a bit woo now!!😂2 -

@lk2011 Great loss! I have the same problem with weekends. I have a great loss during the week when my days are structured due to work, then it all goes wrong come Saturday morning!1 -

Sad sad day. I noticed my bathroom scale was slightly on my floor mat. When I readjusted it I weighed 3 pounds heavier, so I'm not doing as well as I thought. BUT I got blood work on Wednesday done and was ecstatic to see all my numbers in the normal/healthy range.5 -
Question of the week:
Getting pregnant has always been my primary reason, early late year I lost almost 30 pounds in prep, but a huge move and life change and depression set me way back. A few weeks ago I got sick after drinking soda and became scared I may be pre-diabetic. So this time I'm trying really hard to get my health back on track not only to have a healthy pregnancy but to also just be able to live a healthy long life.3 -
@debbie14892 I'm right there with you this week!
@ketch_22 Me too.
@leni1us Great weigh in! Yes, water can cause a huge gain/loss. I have to monitor my sodium very closely because I am very susceptible to water retention. 3000mg of Na can be a +/- 6lbs on the scale for me.
@benbowers Getting really close to Onederland!!
@12774 @shanteel612 very nice day you two!
@lk2011 Awesome payoff for your week of hard work!!
@mrs1spy I have your weigh in day as Wednesday and I already have a weight for you this week. I this wrong? Do I need to change it?
@rekvar12 @benbowers You two are killing it on the consistent walk/runs!! Keep it up!
@porkchopsandapple Congrats on that bloodwork!!2 -

@Gideon737101 Not a horrible gain. It should come off easy during this next bright and shiny new week! You've got this!
