How do I get my Fitbit to connect with this app? Do I have to be a premium member because I’ve tried everything and it won’t allow it

You don’t need to be premium. Try googling it. I remember finding the whole process to be a pain and I needed help to do it.1

I still can't connect my Charge 3 🤯1 -
You have to log on to the page not the app and go into settings0

On a computer?
Thanks but I tried that also. Still not connected so frustrating ugh0 -
You don’t have to have premium for that.
On the website go to Apps
Find Fitbit and click connect
You should be redirected to a Fitbit page to log in and give MFP access to the information
You should see a success page after that’s done
In the MFP you will need to make sure Fitbit is selected as your step source if you want the step area on the app to update.
_______
On the app
Go to the menu (where you see settings, community, and so on)
Tap apps
Search for Fitbit
Tap connect
You should be redirected to Fitbit for sign in and permissions
After that is done you need to go back to the menu, select steps, and set Fitbit as the step source0 -
If by chance that doesn’t work:
Go to Fitbits website
Login to your dashboard
Go to settings
Select Applications
Find Myfitnesspal on the list
Revoke access
Then go to MFPs website
Apps
Find Fitbit
Disconnect
After all that try reconnecting with the steps in my first post. If that still doesn’t work you will need to contact MyFitnessPal for help.3 -

This is what I did and it solved all my syncing problems.1
