69 years old female...5'5" ...I used to be 5'7" but arthritis hit and I lost two inches, so now that two inches is squished around my waist like the billows of a big accordion... ...Oh, well. I'll just keep working on it.

@jenn990205 I’m not sure what plan you are following but travel is one reason I love keto. I skip the carby stuff, stay with proteins and good veggies. Be mindful of what you are eating and you will be fine. Remember we’re all here thinking of you and your family during this difficult time.5

Round 3 for me. I won't state a weight goal this time since I think I am on a stall, and that could last whole 10 days. My goal is to stick with it for the 10 days, and to not let Easter (when I can eat sweets again) be a blow out. I'll check in this evening when I can report on the day.

04/13--208.9 Hardley drank any water yesterday. Went to the 2nd dance lesson yesterday and we did the swing dance. Hubby was definitely more relaxed this week and actually said that he enjoyed himself...he liked the swing more than rumba from last week. I am starting to drop the hint that maybe we could take some swing lessons after this 4 week session is over...we'll see how that goes. Going for a run this morning and then running some errands the rest of the day.

@thatjodiegirl At the end of each round I send a copy to my email and copy it to the end of a Word doc in my computer. My journey started almost 2 years ago and so far my journal is about 50 pages.6

04/13 345.2 I was out of control with my sodium yesterday and a little over calories too. Add in that after I posted yesterday I pulled a few muscles in my leg and the water weight was inevitable. I’m resting today and I’m sure I’ll see it all drop off again in a few days.

Scale went down another .2 Decided NOT to go to the fish fry and came home and worked out instead. Yay Me! Made ST Fish Sticks and roasted veggies for dinner and while cooking 2 oz of blueberry vodka then glass o wine while I stuck my feet in the amazing massager DH bought me for my bday last year. I am so blessed and feeling it. Have lunch out with friends today so already entered what I am going to have (carnitas tostada and only one at 288 cals - NO BEER) and sticking to it. Happy Saturday EVERYONE. Stay ON PLAN!

4/13: 194.2 (I got my period 3 days early again! 🙁 at least I maintained my weight from yesterday! Last night I had some chipotle and it was so yummy after a long week! I also did a 45 minute elliptical workout as soon as I got home after work. Have a nice weekend!

Back again. This round is going to be a tough one for me and I would love to just maintain and stay in the 140's. We will be leaving on Sunday morning for Phoenix and won't be home till Thursday. There are 2 weekends in this round and one of them is Easter( which I am of course hosting) and we will have a funeral to attend to out of town also. So I would say roughly 7 out of the next 10 days we will be eating mostly restaurant or fast food, sleeping in hotels, and having very little consistency at all. I will only be at work 2 days out of the next 10, which is never good. I stay on track with my eating and water so much better when I am at work, but this is life and I have to be able to manage it I guess, so all I can do is hope for the best.

04/13 - 149.4 up a bit as I expected from the alcohol and snacking the night before and I did not make great food choices yesterday either. I wanted comfort food most of the day. I am spending all of today getting ready to leave for Phoenix with the hubby tomorrow and get the 2 youngest kids set up at my moms for the week. So lots of errands, grocery shopping, cleaning, and packing today. I am definitely taking my scale this time though. Last time I left I gained 12 pounds when I got back home, lol. So I think I need the accountability of still having to weigh everyday.
