Need motivation and friends 🤪

Hi all I’m day 4 of my journey to be a little selfish and put myself first. Goes against every mum instinct I have but if I dont I’m gonna miss the big things later on. I have started on keto and have 175lb to lose... looking for help, motivation and friends on the way 🙂 xx

    Hi Jayne. I started kept 2 weeks ago, down 7 lbs. dieting is hard when your a mom, you pretty much have to keep bread in the house at all times! But it does become easier to ignore it as you find good keto friendly go to foods. And, It's in no way selfish of you to lose weight and be healthy for your kids.
