Was a low overnight loss for me. I didn't do a mini fast. I ended up getting a salad from Chipotle and having a small bowl of vegetable soup my sister made.
This morning's Weight 164.4. An overnight loss of 0.6 pounds.

I'm with ya babe - uphill battle this week for me...I had my leftover Qdoba..I betcha we both got bit by the salt bug I'm shooting for 162-point-anything tomorrow if you'd like to join meeeeeeeee
PS - I'm really just going to be happy under 160 this week...158 would be lovely but'd be a big ask of my body LOL0 -
I am with you Steph. Water fast for me today. I am not sure about tomorrow though because I have family coming over in the morning for Easter Weekend. I will try to keep the fast but might have to end up doing a mini fast tomorrow.
159.9 would be good for me as well. It would be a 1.9 loss from last week which is very good in my book, but the lower the better.0 -

159.8 would only be a 0.4 loss for me but with an extra feed day replacing a mini fast day, I'd be SUPER happy with that! (Plus it'd be a 2.6 2 week loss which is acceptable to me )0 -

I didn't get in hardly any water yesterday so I am sure that hurt my losses. I am going to try to get in some today but I just haven't wanted it.0

Yeah every once in a while when I fast, I hafta force the extra water but it REALLY DOES make a huge difference on the scale...I betcha if I slacked on water today I'd show a pound or less loss O/N - I just know my body won't let go of the glycogen OR fat without a good water push...you've got this darling! If you don't get under 160 (WHICH YOU WILL DA** IT! LOL) what do you need to show a net loss from last week?0 -

Yeah that is so true.....I have lost count today but I can totally tell that the puffiness is gone and the flush will hopefully pay off tomorrow …..0
