    Slight gain. I'm not sure why. I'm excerising well, very conscious of calories, although not tracking well. I can only assume it's fluid retention as I'm hydrating more due to hot runs?

    Hi! I'm still keeping up with everyone, but it was Passover tonight and now it is 1am and I have to get up for work at 5am. I'll catch up with everyone again tomorrow sometime. It is going to be a bad week for weight for me. My tummy hurts right now and it was all salty and hard to digest stuff...going to take a week to recover from this.
