Per request from our awesome Easter group, here’s another challenge! This would put you on pace for about a pound a week, so feel free to make your goal less or more than 10 pounds! I am going to stick with the Friday weigh ins, but feel free to weigh in anytime that’s best for you!

I am in, loved the Easter Challenge and met 2 goals for Easter. My first goal to lose 10lbs putting me at 212lbs completed on 3/5 and added a new goal of 201lbs completed on 4/19 by Easter was down to 199.2 I lost a total weight for that challenge of 22.8lbs. So here we go again!

I am not setting a goal for this challenge although working on the 10lbs. I have other goals for May and June I am working on. I push and challenge myself all the time, this may seem excessive but it works for me and holds me accountable for my actions. Addicted to challenges, yes I am but it works.
Goals: May 1st – 195 – (group challenge – 25lbs)
May 17th – 192 (personal goal)
May 14th – 190.9 (according to MFP on 4/9)
June 21st – 189 (group challenge 25.5lbs)
June 3lst – 185 (group challenge)

I’m going to join up again, not entirely sure what to set my goal weight as. I just upped my calories and am not sure at all where my weight loss rate is going to settle. I’ll vaguely aim for 140 as that puts me somewhere between a half pound and a pound a week. 🤷🏼♀️
