I'm 5'2" and started at 273 lbs. I've lost 65 lbs and gone from size 26 pants to size 18 and from 3X shirts to XL

Every 20 lbs is a clothing size...of course taking into cosideration height and build!

    I was 5'6 and 158 pounds wearing a size 8 pants. I'm now 130 pounds and wearing a VERY snug size 6.

I'm 5'6" and at 158 I'm closer to a 10. Right now I am in the low 160s and still a 10 and a solid M in most tops, unless they button up because I'm busty and need a L. I guesstimate that I would have to get down to low 150s or high 140s to see a size 8. I store all my fat in my front belly and have muscular legs, so tiny pants aren't really a thing for me.

5-7” female here. At 220 I was a size 20, at 121 I was a 0/2. There were many, many pants in between.

5'3 here. At 226 I was wearing an 18/20 pants. The 20s were baggy in the legs and the 18s fit everywhere. Now I have at my lowest weight of 179 a size 16 that I can fit into, they are a tad snug but are not uncomfortable and look good with babydoll tees. My 18s that I have worn now look like the 20s when they were baggy and loose. I hate pants. I am so ready for dress season!

For me at 5’2”, I lost 10 pounds. I went from a medium shirt to a small and from small to extra-small pants. All my body parts got smaller, except my upper arms, which remain stubbornly too large for my liking.
