I broke through a plateau today! I did it by eating waffles, pancakes, cheese and crackers and dessert. But all within the recommended calorie intake from MFP including all my exercise points! I did it by taking rest days and rotating exercise between running, swimming, biking, Squats, planks, lunges, etc. In the past I would just run, not eat enough, restrict myself from certain foods and seems I was just setting myself up for failure because I would always follow up any weight loss with binge eating. So grateful and excited to continue on this healthy journey, thanks MFP!
